Sweet delicacy

          I am going to talk about one of the food that is from my ethnic, Dayak Bidayuh, which is a traditional food in my family. It is called " ti'boduk ". Ti'boduk is a sweet delicacy. It is wrapped with banana leaves. Tiboduk is cook on an open fire.            You can enjoy this food on harvest festival, also known as Gawai, Christmas, and special event like wedding and birthday. It is one of the food that is usually serve during Gawai.            It is made glutinous rice flour , coconut milk , gula apong or gula melaka and some salt . The glutinous rice flour are firstly sifted into a bowl. Next, the flour is mix with gula apong or gula melaka . Then, the mixture is mix with coconut milk till it gets sticky. After that, the mixture is wrap with banana leaves or in small size bamboo with banana leaves in it. It is then place near an open fire. To those who would like to try...
